By using DoggyDo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
DoggyDo provides a platform connecting pet owners with professional pet groomers. We are a technology platform and not directly responsible for the grooming services provided by our partner groomers.
All bookings must be made through our platform. Prices are fixed and displayed upfront. Payment is due at the time of booking (online) or at time of service (cash). We reserve the right to modify prices with 7 days notice.
Cancellations made 2+ hours before the appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Users must provide accurate information, ensure their pet is safe for handling, and be present or have a responsible adult present during the grooming session. DoggyDo is not liable for injuries or issues arising from inaccurate pet health information.
DoggyDo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
